One nation under God; How about one world under Good?

I am not a mystic and I don't want to shove my belief's down your throats. I am instead going to ask you a question: Who rules the world? In asking this hungry readers; I tell you that there's no right or wrong answer, but I have a theory: Families. Most people I observe don't think as a unit outside of Churches, book clubs, theaters, and Families. There is too much self in the word family: We say; my Mother, my Brother, My sister and so on. What if, all we're really saying is, mine. Ownership; I've heard it spoken in wedding vows: Do you take this woman to be your wife? Do you take this man to be your husband? I have to say I've seen rings and legal contracts signed, but I have yet to see a couple biologically fused. Now, to the point: Even if we have relationships and families; our thoughts are mostly for ourselves. If I grieve, when I do it's for my family and friends. There's guilt in that fact for me. I say we as humans help any and all of our kind, not just our kin. I'm currently trying to find ways to help Kentucky and Alabama. That's what I was thinking of today. Oh, wait a minute; who's helped America? Japan! Their people make nearly all of what we buy; of all the humans on this earth lets just face it, they have us beat in the intellect department. You're going to say Lone, you can't fix everything. I agree, I can't fix all our problems, completely. I intend to do what I can though. So, I'm asking for names of trust worthy organization's if you know of any. This is Lone wolf saying: Let's take the me out of we, and become a whole family. This has been an Unscripted view on life Not a judgement. We apologize for any and all misspellings and (or), poorly written prose.

City of Fallen angels review: Ties that Bind.

Simon can't tell up from down these days; he's just crossed too many lines: The kid's not what you would consider cool, ( average look wimp build doesn't rock the club scene) but dig this; he's got two girlfriends! Maia's the sweet innocent type most of the the time, when her wild ware wolf nature isn't throwing her little Ms. meek demeanour to the curb. Oh, I should shut it about Maia cause Izzy's about to roll in: This ball and chain's a battle axe, and I ain't spitten no expression neither. She's a lean, mean, kick ass teen. What else would you expect from a shadow hunter? You heard right, the chick smokes demons. So the scene is set: Simon's drinkin coffee in a plastic chair; his flash back to the old day's brought on by the diner with it's chessy cardboard vampire his flash-back stop's short when she glides into a seat across from him. " Would I even exist to her if I wasn't a Vampire?" Yep, our friend Simon is a Vamp, but thanks to the raven haired fox now giving him a hundred watt grin; not the chessy sort: His new leather, and philosophic T-shirt look jives with her Trench coat, flirt-skirt, and fish-net stocking motif. As Mr. mojo goes into a joke run, doin a "Sesame Count" bit; Iz catches wind of two ichor buffet's. It turns out Simon's been summoned by their Master; forced to take a metting, leaving Izzy more than manic. After his meeting with a babe of creep show clan leader; sacked out Simon is home, and before he knows what's good for him he's dialing his childhood friend and flame Clary. He'd fallen for this artistic fire bomb once upon a no chance dream, but Jace locked that door with a deadbolt. "Jace." With chiseled looks, blond hair, and wierd golden sheened eyes; he'd stolen Clary's heart. Now, while Simon's spilling his guts over Iz and Maia; the word "exclusive" is tossed up. Sitting on a balance-beam above it all, Clary's mind snages on what that word means to her: To be with Jace forever and always; a typical dame's wish, which she's half-way achieved. Jace as her Shadow hunter trainer has an almost all-access pass. As professional as they both try to be, they're magnet's. Listening to Simon blab about his love life held her interest, and she pointed out her mom's wedding as a prime sign that he needed to put it to rest and pick one already. This fact hadn't so much as nudged his noggen; they'd both want to go. When Clary muttered something about jumping off a beam to her probable doom, and hung up knowing Simon felt her reality; Jace stood at center ring. Even if he didn't like her nerd friend; she was happy to plunge into his arms. Ah, love... doesn't it just make you want to gag? I'm only jabbering about it because it'll soon be evils number one weapon. So, we march on to a new-be in Simon's band, (could this get any closer to the twilight zone?) Kyle comes jay-walkin out of thin air wanting to be the band's lead singer. Clary declares his manly draw and the guys like his sound. To Simon this dude kind of gives off a strange vibe, but he pushes the feelin back for the sake of the band. What follows is a new bond and a crashers life for our buddy Simon: Secretes revealed, hearts torn, and it only fits; a battle to keep the ties that bind. This is J.L. Insomniac sayin: Snore later, sore now. This has been an Unscripted production of Cassandra Clare's "City of Fallen Angels." Any and all character names, terms, and references to scenery were used for the reader's benefit. City of Fallen Angels review: Ties that bind, written by: J.L. Insomniac.

MS. Guided: Zombie Lover review

A pleasant maiden of the Black crest is caught taking rest upon a bed for wishful brides to be. (Although this fact is unknown to this young lady only fifteen.) The Zombie King seeing her healthy glow decides a kiss shall he bestow; thus evoking struggle and her cries of, no! In spite of her protests also waving her age; he implores, "You are fit and sharp of wit, the perfect wife."
Yet, in the mind of this maiden it is all for not, Her immediate thought: "You sicken me!" Sends her into a panicked flee from this creature of rot: Although her origins are mundane, within this magical realm she carries a gift, through the pitch black night her site can sift. Her fear and haste lead to a forest gone mad; where an old friend is found, a mare of dreams. Told of a magician to whom answers are wares, tasks currency. What duty she'll perform she has not a care, but in traveling far there are many dangers to fare. However, things are not as bad as they seem, for the mare will accompany her vie daydream. While on her quest to avoid becoming queen, this untame beauty opens her eyes, and gazes at a self unseen.
Jilted by his intended yet undeterred; The King of Zombies sends his entire kingdom to capture her. When word of the aroused brain dead reaches the three Lords of the main territory their thoughts turn to the Zombie Master. " If anyone knows what this half brained scheme is about it's surely him, said the eldest. Knowing that time is of the utmost importance due to a mysterious wedding marked for two weeks hence, the three lords set off toward Castle Decay. Their journey is shortened by one lord's shape shifting gift. ( Assuming the Character of a stone bird he allows the others onto his back for transport.) As leisurely their trek, the more bleak the news: "The Master is on leave, searching for a more fitting Zombie world," informed the master's wife. "His absence could explain the stir", the youngest noted aloud. "What?" Asks the wife, for this news to her. Having the lords fill her in, calls to thought an aspect left thin; "He isn't traveling the usual way." Seeing confusion playing on the faces of her guests; she quickly adds, we think travel during slumber best." Thus begins the quest of the three lords, and their ascent to frightening, but fascinatingly odd word's that show different natures of the same core.

My view: I see " Zombie Lover," as a matured "Alice in Wonderland." While keeping with the theme of adventurous journeys through magical realms; Piers Anthony brings readers to the brink with playful puns, and strong characters that tease us with not only imaginative solutions, but also their brassy suggestive speech. Not to be out shined the land Xanth has bounties of glamorous treats such as Pie trees and clothes hedges. As well as its own trickster persona Where terms like embarrassing could cause you to shiver, and a Paradox can leave you in a submerging bind. Now, let us come back to the word suggestive... "Are there a few naughty phrases that adults could riddle out? " I take great pleasure in telling you; Yes! In this, is where the fun crouches to pounce my hungry readers. Although I wouldn't recommend this tale to a well sheltered youth; I'd let an avid teen reader, and definitely a fire cracker of twenty and up take a gander. " Are there sexual scenes?" There are a subtle few, but art is the mirror of life and I don't know anyone who hasn't had a flash of mom in the shower: You shudder, say oh yuck, and life goes on. The basic facts are: "Zombie Lover," is a tale of growing into your own, whether you're a stubborn teen learning the boundaries, and when and if it's right to push them, or an adult struggling with old temptations. This novel turns depth to a light of childlike wit that will make you laugh, cry, and think with your heart. Any references to terms, quotes, scenery fictional or non were used for the readers benefit; in order to explain or enhance the subject written above. "Zombie Lover is the work of Piers Anthony. This review has been an Unscripted production written by: Lone wolf. This post was only a Fan's view of a novel and nothing more. As always... Happy hunting.

A friendly love song

Friend is not a word to take lightly when loves a burning flame. Waking up from a nightmare I almost screamed out your name. Well tell me what good does dreamin or screamin do; when we're talkin about a man who sees life in the rear view. Every mournin she openend's her eyes to the dawn; wanders where he's going or if he's already gone. Nothing useful here so she shifts the gear, thinking I'll live my life today; tonight I'll light a candle and pray. All through the day she looks around, there are people laughing; is it love they're soaking in? Picking up the phone, she tries to think of something other than; buddy how you been? When a voice whispers from within... Friend is not a word to take lightly when loves a burning flame. Wake me up from this nightmare; oh can't you hear screaming out your name? I understand where my place is on your map, but could you ease my mind; as you leave this road behind. Glance back baby I'm holdin a flame; smiling proud as I call your name...

Lamb and Lion

No, we are not the same the Lamb and the lion. You can curse me for hanging on, but can't blame me for tryin. I've gotta say it's hard to watch the lightning go from your soul, but I have to thunder on; that's all I am in your shadow. As you break-away I'm losing part of who I've always been. Is it a sickness or a sin to love what's in the dark; bleeding life within. You, you're laying down, giving up the fight, and I could tell you it's wrong, but I'm too weak to give you that news... Brother it's all in what you choose. What am I? What.. am I to.. you? Oh, what am I? What am I to do? You're completely deaf to my cry and plea. "We're Family." When we were young we helped each other fly. Now, today you won't tell me why. Why, you walked away without a blink of an eye. So, the Lamb becomes the Lion, the lightning and thunder... Once I heard your roar, laughed with it. Yeah, it made me sore... Your hunger is no more. Brother, we both loose, why doesn't that make you cry? Tell me this we're family doesn't that make you feel... Anything? Any... thing...? Brother, you make me want to scream! Instead of sing... Instead of sing...

Note on the video: I picked the version of R.E.M.'s "Loosing my religion" because I believe it's the most viewer friendly. The song's beat inspired the tone of my poem. The rest; I did alone.

The Beatles - Things We Said Today (2009 Stereo Remaster)

In honor of T&t-Day

Have we said all we have to say; has the once blue sky turned to gray? Would you sing me a song my dear, make the pain disappear. If I could say those words not so simple, but true; would it change your point of view? I'd play your star and grant your every wish; if you'd say: The sky's still blue there's not a cloud in sight, don't worry babe; time hasn't slipped away and everything's alright. I've heard it told as life goes by, you must move on, memories grow tired and old. Well, forgive me if I'm not sold; I'd like to stay. Oh just because I'm speechless, that doesn't mean the feeling has gone astray. Hey-hey, hey, hey yeah... I remember the light in your smile, the heart in your laugh; that'll never fade like an ending note. No, oh no... I can't forget the lines you wrote. So, don't you tell me we've said all we have to say; please don't let go, and turn my blue sky gray. Sing me a song my dear, go back to the past if only for today. These words simple and true; the greatest feeling... Hey-hey, hey yeah... I love you.

Dedicated to Tony Moran forever my friend. Happy anniversary buddy.
